4. cozy club™ Membership

Eligibility: Membership in the cozy club is non-transferable and applies only to the registered individual.

Plushie Points: Plushie points earned as part of the cozy club program are capped at 30 points stored at any time. Points must be used within the program rules, and small plushies must be traded in on the same day to earn points. Members can claim up to two upgraded prizes per visit using plushie points.

Perks: Monthly tokens, bonus tokens, and other member benefits apply only to active members. Membership perks, including tokens and upgrades, are non-transferable.

Changes to Program: cozy claw™ reserves the right to modify or discontinue the cozy club program, including benefits, rules, and availability, at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cozy claw™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.
