Your main responsibilities include assisting players with our claw machines, restocking plushies, and helping customers upgrade to bigger prizes. You’ll also maintain a clean and inviting environment and deliver exceptional customer service, especially to children and families. Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (must be over 18 years old).

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong customer service skills, especially with children and families.

• Handling credit card and cash transactions.
